Today we began to finalise our proposal. After speaking with the architect yesterday we had the following outcome; we were to come up with two final designs. One design ha to contain water nd he other had to drain. We used paper clay this time and resin to try and get a better finish of the form.

The test with the resin and blue foam did not work very well as we quickly realised that the resin was too toxic for the foam. In the end the foam melted and we couldn’t do much with it.

The more successful models were with the clay. Not only were looking at how the feature would work as a water retainer/ drainer, but at what it looks like in scale.
